Julia Zinga is a Dietitian with 17 years experience assisting people with diabetes (Type 1, Type 2 or Gestational Diabetes) to gain a better understanding of the effect of food and diet on their diabetes management. She has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics) and Graduate Diploma of Diabetes Education and Management. 

Julia understands that people learn in different ways: some preferring text-based information, while others appreciate pictures to improve their knowledge on certain topics. ‘How much Carb in that?’ was developed to meet the learning needs of a diverse range of people with diabetes, as well as anyone wanting to know more about the carbohydrate content of their food.
